Trebiz is located in central bohemia region approximately 42km north-west from Prague, 306m above sea level. Surrounding landscape is slightly downy, not far from the village there is Slanske podlesi valley and preserved area Dzban. At the edge of the village is important main road no. 7 that goes from Prague to Louny and then to the German border. Important feature of the village is the open-air museum and the centre of the village was pronounced protected historical area in 1995.
